Payouts at scale

Pay your sellers, contractors and affiliates in one run.

Broxxipay is building payout infrastructure for platforms that owe money to a lot of people at once. Upload a run or post a batch to the API, and each leg leaves on the rail that reaches its destination fastest. You see where every one of them stopped.

In development. Not open to customers yet.

Each leg leaves on the rail that reaches its destination fastest. The timings are the rails’ own and depend on the receiving bank; they are not a service promise.

The ways money can leave.

Transfer types we are integrating for the first release, and the ones queued behind them. Which scheme carries a given leg is our problem, not yours.

Capabilities

What the platform actually does.

Three parts. Most platforms need all three, but they are separable and you can bring your own for any of them.

  1. 01

    Payout runs

Upload a CSV or post a batch to the API. Every row is validated against the rail it is bound for before a single cent moves, so a malformed IBAN fails at import rather than three days later.

  2. 02

    Routing

Each leg takes the rail that reaches its destination fastest, not the one that is cheapest for us. The route and its cost are shown on the run before you approve it.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation

Your own reference travels with the payment through to the bank statement. A return comes back matched to the seller it was owed to, with the receiving bank’s reason attached.

How a payout run moves.

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them. Nothing leaves the balance until somebody with the authority to release it says so.

  1. Fund

Move money into your balance by bank transfer, in each currency you pay out in.

  2. Build the run

Upload the file or post the batch. Rows that will fail are flagged before approval, not after.

  3. Approve

One approver, two, or an API key with a ceiling. You decide who is allowed to release money.

  4. Track

Each leg reports back: sent, settled, returned, or rejected with the reason it was given.

Fees

Fees, in the open.

Priced per leg, quoted in euro whatever currency the leg is sent in. There is no percentage on the amount you move on a bank transfer, because we do not carry a percentage of the risk.

Platform fee

€250a month, not charged in any month you send more than 20,000 legs

Indicative pricing for the first release, exclusive of VAT. These figures show how the fee is put together; they are not a quote and not an offer of service. What applies to you is set in your agreement.

The controls sit on the server, not in the screen.

What the first release will ship with. All of it is enforced on the server rather than in the interface, so a bug in a screen cannot loosen any of it.

  1. Client money will be safeguarded at a partner credit institution, in an account held apart from our own funds. That arrangement is a condition of the authorisation we have applied for, and no money moves before it is in place.
  2. Approval thresholds and dual approval are checked server-side on every release, not in the browser.
  3. API keys are scoped to one action and one spending ceiling, and you can revoke one without opening a support ticket.
  4. Every state change on every leg is written to an append-only log that you can export in full.
  5. Beneficiary details are checked against the receiving scheme before a run can be approved, not after it fails.

Limits

What we can and cannot do yet.

Publishing the ceiling is more useful than publishing the ambition. These are the constraints the first release will carry, and they will move as the licence and the integrations do.

The questions that come first.

  • Do you hold my money?

Not today, because we are not allowed to. Holding your balance at a partner credit institution, in an account kept apart from our own funds, is a condition of the licence we have applied for. Until it is granted we hold nothing for anybody. When it is, we still will not be a bank and we will not lend your balance out.

  • What happens when a payout is returned?

The amount comes back to your balance and the leg is marked returned, with the reason the receiving bank gave. Your reference is still attached, so it matches to the person it was meant for. We do not charge for the leg or for the return.

  • Can I settle through my own bank instead?

For bank transfers, yes, once the pilot is running. You keep your banking relationship and use Broxxipay for the run, the routing and the reconciliation.

  • Are you licensed?

Not yet. Broxxipay UAB is not authorised to provide payment services and an application with our financial regulator is pending. Until it is granted we cannot provide payment services, and nothing on this page is an offer of one.

  • When can I use it?

The closed pilot opens in the winter of 2026/27 to a small number of platforms sending real volume. If yours is one of them, tell us what a typical run looks like and we will come back to you.

Tell us what your payout run looks like.

How many legs, which countries, how often. The pilot goes to platforms that can tell us where payouts break in practice, so a two-line answer is worth more to us than a form.

We write when the pilot opens and not otherwise. The address is added to nothing.
