What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of broxxipay.com. They are terms for a website, not for a service: Broxxipay UAB does not currently provide payment services and you cannot open an account here. If and when we do, a separate agreement will govern that, and it will say so plainly.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What this site is not

Broxxipay UAB is not authorised to provide payment services, and an application with our financial regulator is pending. Nothing on this site is:

• an offer to provide a payment service, or a solicitation of one;
• an offer of securities or an invitation to invest;
• a quote, a price list you can hold us to, or a contractual commitment;
• financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.

Figures shown on this site, including fees and limits, describe a product in development. They are indicative, they may change without notice, and the terms that would apply to you would be set in an agreement rather than on a web page.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it is complete. Descriptions of rails, timings and capabilities reflect our present intention for the first release and are not promises about what the released product will do.

The waiting list

Leaving your email address puts you on a list and does nothing else. It does not create a contract, reserve you a place, entitle you to access, or oblige us to launch anything. We may close the list, change the pilot criteria, or decide not to proceed. How we handle the address itself is set out in the Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, probe or scan its infrastructure, interfere with its availability, submit false contact details, or use automated means to submit the form. We may block access where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to Broxxipay UAB or are used with permission. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the site or present its content as your own.

Names of payment schemes and networks mentioned on this site are used as plain factual descriptions of the rails involved. They do not imply any endorsement, partnership or certification, and we do not claim one.

Links out

Where this site links to another, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms as the site and the company change. The date at the top is always the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the country in which Broxxipay UAB is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
